Okay, moral question:

Is it wrong to buy something off the shelf just to sell for a profit on eBay? I mean, I'm taking something that somebody could go buy for regular price and forcing them to pay more for it.

The item in question is the MGS3 Subsistence LE.

I say absolutely not a problem. If they choose to buy from you on eBay, it's probably because that's the best deal they could find on the "it" you're selling. Therefore you are doing them a favor buy providing goods at a competitive price in a convenient forum. Go Team You!

This is called arbitrage, and it is entirely legal and ethical, except when it's illegal, which it's not in your case.

Make your money and feel the capitalistic warmth of getting the goods to the people what needs 'em.
